Design Research Lead
Built validation capabilities from the ground-up and evolved the Design Research practice by pulling in state-of-the-art evaluative methods from external and internal expertise. Ensured consultants managed research data in alignment with Fjord and Accenture policies and ethical practice.

Architected a new public-facing website for Access Community Health Network, a community-based healthcare provider which makes preventive and primary care accessible to many Chicagoland residents in need.
Principal User Experience Architect
Lead the experience design of an innovative and disrupting web-based 3D retail space planning app for retail professionals who focus on product and marketing placement analysis. Responsible for all UX in the central 3D web app for the Unity platform. Design and development were done within an Agile development framework using 1-week sprints.
Walmart Global E-Commerce
Lead large cross-functional teams toward the delivery of UX for a variety of project types, ranging from highly creative in-house work to managing 3rd-party design and off-shore front-end development. Directly impacted the growth of the UX practice expertise by conceptualizing, designing and implementing a highly successful Information Architect Apprenticeship Program.

Lead and managed x-functional teams of UX consultants to design for web, intranet, business intelligence, content management, enterprise portal, corporate intelligence and knowledge sharing applications. Planned project scope, tasks, materials, managed day-to-day work and delivered internal project performance reviews.
Lead a cross-functional UX team in synthesizing and utilizing customer requirements to determine information hierarchies and priorities for functionality. Developed navigation strategies and to organize information to support customer goals and objectives.
